This policy explains how The Ad Hero collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit theadhero.com or contact us. The Ad Hero is operated by Elevatz Marketing Inc., based in Nova Scotia, Canada ("we", "us").

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a call or contact us, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, monthly ad spend range, niche or industry, what you would like help with, your website, whether you have a fading winning ad, and any message you send. If you book a call, the booking tool collects the details you enter there.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers collect information such as the pages you view, the page that referred you, campaign and ad-click identifiers in the page address (for example, UTM parameters), your device and browser type, and your IP address. This is collected using cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and schedule your call
• To review your situation and prepare for the call
• To follow up with information about the Sprint you asked about
• To measure and improve our advertising and this website
• To protect the site against spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the site and our business. These include:

• Formspree, which processes form submissions
• Meta (Facebook), through the Meta Pixel, for ad measurement and to show ads to people who have visited the site
• ClickMagick, for click tracking and ad attribution
• Google, for appointment booking (Google Calendar) and the embedded video (YouTube)
• Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website

These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Some of them store and process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Cookies and tracking

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. Blocking cookies won't stop the site from working, but some measurement may not function.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Enquiries that don't lead to a working relationship are deleted when they are no longer useful to us.

Your choices and rights
